 A secluded Vacation Resort Paradise on a private beach at Yellow Point. 

   My oceanfront vacation condo is located in a private resort in the countryside at Yellow Point, overlooking the Gulf Islands. It is fully equipped, has a large furnished oceanfront deck and big windows to take advantage of the panoramic ocean views. It is only 60 feet from the ocean with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the two upper levels in the waterfront building.

   The condo is located on 3.5 acres of secluded forested waterfront, facing the calm sheltered waters of Stuart Channel. There is a tennis court, a 48 foot heated oceanfront pool, a hot tub and a 100 foot seasonal deep water dock. This is a rare, private strata resort property located in one of Vancouver Island's most beautiful, pristine west coast settings.

  The condo is an ideal year round vacation getaway. It is very popular with families in summer and as a secluded monthly retreat in winter. It makes for an intimate place to celebrate special events, such as a honeymoon, birthday or anniversary. It provides a rare feeling of privacy and intimacy, away from the crowds. The relaxation, peace and tranquility is long remembered by those who stay here. Sandy, pebbled beaches, wooded oceanfront parks, stocked countryside lakes, and excellent golf courses, are all within walking distance or minutes away by car. The BC Ferries Duke Point terminal and Regional Airport are only 10 minutes away. Nanaimo is 7 miles North. Ladysmith is 4 miles South and Victoria is 60 miles South. Here you can relax in peace and comfort and enjoy the convenience of being at the center of Vancouver Island's many beautiful nearby places to visit.
